There is no lodging available in Hartington this year due to a large family reunion.

Friday the 25th.
3:00 PM Board meetings for Well drillers and Licensing Board. One group can be upstairs, and another group can be downstairs.
5:00 PM Leave Hartington for Lewis and Clark Lake for an evening of catfishing. Fish until dark and head back to the shop to put the fish on ice for the night. We will provide as many boats, rods, bait, and other necessary equipment as needed to accommodate all those who wish to participate. They will need a Nebraska fishing license. For those who don't want to go fishing, the local brewhouse in Hartington offers a simple menu for dining, featuring pizza, mac and cheese, and large pretzels. Additionally, a good steak and burger place, Rodeo’s Bar and Grill, is just 6 miles south of our shop in the small town of Coleridge.
Sat. the 26th
10:00 AM to roughly 1:00 PM. Meet at Jim Valley Sporting Clays. 43765 298th St
Utica, SD 57067. This is a clay pigeon range set in the hillside along the Jim River, northwest of Yankton. They will provide us with lunch when we're done shooting the stations. They do offer shotgun shells. With lunch, shells, and shooting on the range, the cost is approximately $ 45 per person.
For those not wanting to shoot… Golf on your own at one of many local golf courses, Hartington, Crofton, Laurel, Randolph, Ponca, and Yankton. Additionally, new disc golf facilities are available at the Hartington sports complex. The visitor center and lookout building located below Gavin's Point Dam are worth checking out. Also, mini golf is up by the lake on the SD side. The fish aquarium is also on the SD side. Nissen Winery 8 miles north of Hartington may also be of interest for people.
5:30 PM Happy hour at Christensen Well, and the fish fry begins. Plan to fry fish and socialize into the evening. Local Live music and a clean comedian! I may combine this party with a class reunion with my class.
Nothing planned for Sunday. (Christensen High School and college-age boys clean up the place!)
